HOW DO I FIND A PARTICULAR SHOP?

All shops and service providers can be found on the maps in the centre, in our centre information sheet and on our website. 

WHERE CAN I GET THE CENTRE VOUCHER?

A centre voucher machine is located on the ground floor behind the Infopoint. It is also available online at https://www.city-galerie-wolfsburg.de/centergutschein/

HOW MUCH CREDIT IS LEFT ON MY CENTRE VOUCHER?

You can check the balance on the back of the centre voucher or go to the voucher machine behind the INFO-Point. 

WHERE CAN I GET A PARKING VOUCHER?

Parking vouchers are available from Monday to Friday from the Centre Management (P1 area 1c).

WHO CAN HELP IF I LOSE MY PARKING TICKET?

Simply press the info button at the parking ticket machines 4 or 9 in the ellipse by the customer lifts. A replacement parking ticket will then be issued for a fee of €15.

WHO DO I CONTACT IN AN EMERGENCY?

Report emergencies to the Centre Management (P1 area 1c) or to the security staff. Ambulances can be reached via the emergency number 112. 

IS THERE A LOST PROPERTY OFFICE?

Lost property can be handed in and enquired about at the lost property office of the city of Wolfsburg.
